These terms cover your use of the Same Day Cash For Cars website and the quotes we provide. By using this site or requesting a quote, you agree to the terms below.

Quotes are estimates

A quote we give over the phone or by form is based on the vehicle details you provide. It is an estimate, not a binding offer. The final amount is confirmed when we see the vehicle and its documents at pickup, and it reflects the vehicle's actual condition. When the vehicle matches what you described, the confirmed amount is what you are paid at pickup.

Selling your vehicle to us

• You confirm that you are the legal owner of the vehicle, or are authorized to sell it, and that it is free of any undisclosed lien.
• You agree to sign an Alberta bill of sale at pickup and to remove your licence plates, which stay with you.
• Payment is made at pickup by cash or e-transfer once the bill of sale is complete.
• You are responsible for cancelling or transferring your plates and insurance and for filing the Notice of Disposition with a registry agent.

Free towing

Free towing is included on vehicles we purchase within our service area. We bring the tow to you; there is no separate charge, and the cost is not deducted from your payment.
